Terms and conditions for wholesale orders through FYZZ Distribution (India).

Pricing

  • All pricing is quote-based and provided upon inquiry.
  • Prices may vary based on order volume, product availability, and market conditions.
  • Quoted prices are valid for the period stated in the quotation.
  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.

Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are communicated at the time of quotation.
  • First-time buyers may be required to pay in advance or on delivery.
  • Credit terms may be extended to established buyers on a case-by-case basis.
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, and cheque.

Orders & Dispatch

  • All orders are inquiry-based. Submit your requirements and we provide a quotation.
  • Minimum order quantities (MOQ) vary by product and are listed in our catalog.
  • Dispatch timelines are communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • Timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or supply factors.

Returns & Damages

  • Claims for damaged or defective goods must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Photographic evidence of damage is required for all claims.
  • Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or transit damage, subject to verification.
  • Buyer-initiated returns for non-defective products are not accepted.
  • Replacement or credit will be issued upon approval of the claim.

Territory

  • FYZZ Distribution operates within India only.
  • Delivery is available across all serviceable pin codes in India.
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on destination and order weight/volume.

General

  • FYZZ Distribution reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
  • By placing an order, buyers agree to these terms and conditions.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [City, India].
